Dear Dennis,

Now that the dust has settled on our addition I wanted to let you know how happy Wendy and I are with the finished project. Since you built our house for us in 1994, you were the first, and only, contractor we called when we wanted to add on a family room, laundry room and carport. This addition is exactly what our home needed and it came out better than we ever hoped. It does not look like an addition at all. Your crew accomplished the work in a professional and very timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about Russell. He is most pleasant to deal with and has a real knack for keeping things going and making customers happy. Russell made sure the job site was cleaned up everyday to minimize mess and inconvenience to us. He was very accessible by cell phone and when we needed something in a hurry he was on top of it. I cannot tell you how many times I called and apologized for bugging him (even on a weekend) and he said, “you’re not bugging me Dave – what can I do for you”. Special thanks to Sue, Wade, and Tracy for their hard work. These people were diligent and conscientious in getting the project done right and in a timely manner. I would also like to compliment Tim Bouchey for doing a great job and handling the problem with our truck in a professional and expeditious manner. I would use him again if the need arises.

While we are not planning to build another house in the near future we will definitely call you if a project comes up. Please feel free to use us as a reference if you wish. Thanks again to you, and your crew, for a job well done.

Dear Mr. Wendt,

I am writing this letter to tell you how pleased we are with the work that your crew did for us.

We are especially grateful to Charlie for his input on the leveling and grading of our property, and the time he took to speak with us and give us ideas. It is my understanding that Charlie is “semi-retired” and does work for you as his schedule permits. I think you are very lucky to have him on crew and want you to know he is a great public relations person for you company. He was very thoughtful in working with us.
